Welcome

As a (temporarily/potentially permanently) retired urban planner and now a full time jewelry artist, something I’ve learned during my time earthside is that transformation is rarely beautiful on its surface. It’s dark from ash and rubble. But when fire opens up the forest floor to light again, fireweed is the first to germinate regrowth, preparing the ground for new life—for new species to take hold and f l o u r i s h.
