Winter's Lite

The Winter's Lite Collection featured the exceptional spectrum of iolite's violet to indigo beauty. In Viking Lore, Iolite, commonly known as the Viking Compass Stone, was often used to physically locate the sun and navigate the sea during winter's harsh opacity. A slice of iolite would become a literal lens of polarization to find the guiding light.

Spiritually & metaphysically, iolite is known as the stone of vision, intuition, and clarity- an aid in navigating new territory, casting a light upon that which is unknown- revealing sacred truths.

Both deeply poetic and incredibly literal, I'm thrilled to have offered a collection spotlighting this beautiful stone. Hibernating during any prolonged period of darkness is not particularly easy on the soul & mind. Solitude is not always peaceful, but the process is usually worth it.
